Create Device Timer V2

POST 
/v2/device/:deviceUid/timer-settings

Sets when the device should wake up and when it should go to standby. A device has seven timers per level; creating one that is already set replaces it.

The platform only accepts the request; the device applies it asynchronously. Follow the Link header of the response to see whether the device succeeded. The Location header points at the timer for later PUT and DELETE requests.
