Create Managed Custom Script

Create a new managed (global) Custom Script maintained by signageOS. Managed scripts have no owning organization and can be executed by any organization. This endpoint is restricted to signageOS admin accounts and is not intended for regular users. Requires the scripts feature entitlement.
