Edits company member role for the provided company.

Owner-level membership may only be managed by a different company owner. Assigning the owner role, and changing a member who already holds it, both require the authenticated account to be a company owner, and neither may target the authenticated account's own membership — stepping down requires another owner to do it. Changing any other role only requires write access to the company.
