Get Count of Devices Latest Telemetries

GET 
/v1/device/telemetry/latest/count

Get count of all telemetry records (e.g.: REMOTE_CONTROL, ONLINE_STATUS and etc.). To filter devices by online status, provide both type=ONLINE_STATUS and the online parameter.
