Managing your tickets
Our developers have prepared a handy page for you to manage your tickets. You can find it under Support in the Box main menu.
All your tickets will be listed and ordered by the update date so that the newest ones are always on the top. In addition, tickets can have applied filters so that you can easily categorize your solved and current tickets to stay organized.
While solving your request, you might need to share files with us. There is a 3MB file size limit for files sharing. Please upload any larger file to cloud storage - e.g. wetransfer, Google Drive, Microsoft Sharepoint - and share a link to that file with us.
Any ticket submitted by email - email@example.com - will get lower priority over tickets reported via signageOS Box Support section
