SSSP 2 and 3 has limited file path length

The Error

Old SSSP 2 and 3 has limited file path length which affects FileSystem API and Media Cache API.

Destination directory path must have 62 characters at most.

Why it's happening

Old SSSP 2 and 3 are using legacy Orsay system with limitations caused by serial communication between browser and underlying OS.

How to Resolve

1. Keep your folder structure as flat as possible
2. If you are using ZIP files, do not add more than ONE sub-folder into it
3. Keep your files and folders names as short as possible
